Being a iPhone application whor*; I'm always on the lookout for useful/fun/funny or plain stupid apps to get. With millions of people in the world using iphones, i was wondering what apps take your fancy?

Everyone knows about trapster.. its god but the constant push messages can piss u off at times when ur just doing nothing on a saturday night.

I actually downloaded a app called iBoost the other day. Apparently you place your phone in a secured position on your dash, then calibrate it, and it will sense when you shift gears and make a loud blowoff sound. Plus make the turbo sound when u accelerate. I tried doing this, but i found it very inaccurate probably as my supra is such a smooth ride. Aswell as when i really open the taps it falls off. But the sounds are REALLY good. Its a bit of fun.

Oh and as for a new game; Angry Birds is very simple and VERY addictive. Alot of fun!

I have Rope'n'Fly2 and it's an awesome little game.

In terms of 'fitness' app's I find the Six Pack app pretty good. It's mainly for body building though but it's pretty decent IMO.

These are some apps I use every day so I would consider them to be good.

Consume - Tells me how much, data, free talk time, cap usage (can use with any provider).
Sleep Cycle - Analyses your sleeping and wakes you up when your not in deep sleep (yet to test thoroughly though)
Pocket Weather - Tells you the weather (seeing as the Yahoo! weather app is really inaccurate, this app grabs its data from bom.gov.au, tells you the tides you can see the radar, weekly forecast and grab the report from multiple cities, not just the main cities)
iExpenseIt - Budgeting app (just to keep track of my finances)
Shazam - Music tagger (find out what song you are listening to)
Genius - Camera replacment (has much more features than the Apple camera app)
AllRecipes - Food recipes
Foxtel Guide - You can set your foxtel IQ to record what ever program
TripViewLite - All public transport timetables
Dictionary - Also comes with a thesaurus and extras.

Games
Geo Defense Swarm - Tower Defence
FlightControl - Plane game
Fieldrunners - Tower Defence
Trenches - Can't really explain
Canabalt - Keep running and jumping

I have heaps of others, but they are the more notable ones.

I like the 'I am T-pain' voice synthesiser app, it is awesome

Yeah man, it is a proper voice synthesiser, just what everyone who can't sing for sh*t wants to make them sound wicked It can be played to backing tracks and karaoke style to T-pains songs, or just freestyle (the synth with no sound in background).

The app is called 'I Am T-Pain'

Use it with earphones so you can hear yourself while your doing it, helps get pitch right (but you do end up screaming the song once you get into it with a few "shut the Fk up's" from the parents )
