Dear network, After 4 wonderful years, I will be handing over the leadership of Visma | Raet to Stefan Op de Woerd as of 1st September 2024.What an amazing journey this has been. When I started in October 2020 we were facing some serious challenges. But with a wonderful group of people we took our responsibility and started taking the company to the next level.We simplified the company by carving out our HR and payroll business market activities and created Visma Youserve. In 2024 we did the same by creating Peple, servicing the Education market with HR and payroll solutions. Going forward, we have improved our customer satisfaction with 45 nps points and we have elevated our employee satisfaction to an amazing eNPS of +66.Our software is modern and user friendly and always available and stable. The customer feedback I got personally the last 1,5 years is heartwarming. There are many Visma | Raet colleagues to mention here. Big thanks to Willem de Ronde, Marco Winkel, Erik Weits, Margreet Doornbosch, Myrthe Hanssen - Smalbraak, Kobi Boland, Debbie Kok - van Oostrum Wietske van Hees, Tom van Dael, Sander Odijk, Marjan de Haan, Marc van Gaal, Jeffrey Smit, Hans Erik Eriksen and many others.We worked hard, played hard and had a lot of fun. I also want to mention the people who gave me this opportunity and supported me in my journey at Visma | Raet. Thank you so much Merete Hverven, Ellen Furru, Stian Grindheim, Linda Emmery Emery and John Reynders. And of course a big thank to all our wonderful customers for the great cooperation and trust. I will continue to work for Visma in a new role as a director at Visma Nederland Holding, starting the 1st of October, reporting to our group COO. #VismaRaet #Visma #samenwinnen

Dank voor de zeer prettige samenwerking Gerard. Het was me een waar genoegen de laatste twee jaar van deze reis met je te mogen optrekken. Je laat Visma Raet stukken beter achter.Mooi dat we elkaar binnen het mooie Visma blijven tegenkomen; op kantoor of aan tafel 14 😉.

Wat een mooi nieuws is dit. Werknemerstevredenheid speelt een heel belangrijke rol binnen Visma, en dus ook bij Visma | Raet. De afgelopen vier jaar is onze eNPS steeds weer wat punten gestegen, en inmiddels staan we op de mooie score van +62.Dank aan alle collega's. #VismaRaet #Visma #samenwinnen

En kijk eens wie vandaag langskwam: oud collega Hanneke Vogels, sales tijger en auteur van het boek #salestech Gezellig bijgepraat en uiteraard ook het serieuze sparren over onze uitdagingen en het mooie sales vak. Haar boek kan ik overigens van harte aanbevelen. Vlot geschreven en heel volledig. (alleen moeten die "red team reviews" er nog bij Hanneke :-).
