Washington, from the Pac-12 Conference, and Texas, from the Big-12 Conference, will be featured in the College Football Playoff Semifinal at the Allstate Sugar Bowl. The Rose Bowl will host the other semifinal game.
What are the pre-game events?
The major event surrounding the game is the Sugar Bowl Parade. The parade rolls the day before the game through the French Quarter along Decatur Street, beginning on Elysian Fields. The Parade is scheduled to pass the WDSU main stage on Decatur Street inside the Jax Brewery parking lot, where WDSU will set up for live coverage of the parade. The WDSU broadcast will also be available online for out-of-town fans to enjoy all the excitement.
